OUTLINE OF MUSICIAN AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Equipment Provided by Musician: Instrument, music stand and clothespins (amplification for instrument if needed). Equipment Provided by Client: Arm-less chair. Covered area (if outside) in order to protect damage to instruments from rain or sun. A source of power from an outlet in order to plug in amplifier if needed. Acceptable forms of payment include: electronic payment (venmo / apple pay / zelle / cashapp). Cancellation / Refund Policy: The musician, Brandon Encinas, promises that the above agreed upon details are correct. He will perform his services to the best of his ability and in a professional manner. Should the client make changes to the music selections under 2-weeks before the date of the event, the musician is not obligated to make accommodations for such changes. Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required at the signing of the contract. Should the client choose to cancel the services for the agreed upon date, the musician will keep the deposit, and all obligations to services will be dropped. The remaining balance for payment of services must be paid to the musician no later than 7 days prior to the contracted date. Overtime: End time is firm. If the musician(s) is/are asked to perform longer than the contracted time, overtime will be billed at 30 minute increments of $50 per musician, and at full discretion of the musician(s). Overtime fees must be paid at the conclusion of overtime performance, prior to departure.
